Baby changing facilities

I would like there to be clean and safe baby changing facilities, that are located outside of the womens toilets so they can be accessed by everyone. 

Why the contribution is important

Many train stations have poor maintained baby changing facilities, or they are located in the womens toilets which is not helpful for men who need to access them.
