Luggage Storage & Lockers

I would like to see more luggage and storage lockers across the network.

Why the contribution is important

When you visit a new place you often have way too much luggage but lots of stations dont have anywhere to store it, which makes it hard to go out and explore. It would be great to be able to leave your luggage somewhere and go out and experience the city/ town.
